development and complete
execution of corporate events,

Creative Events
combines technical expertise
with a designer's vision and a
producer's concern for
efficiency. We work with clients
to develop an overall strategic
plan for the successful
implementation of the event.
This plan includes a detailed
schedule of activities and
deadlines to insure no critical
item shall be either overlooked
or needlessly delayed.
To insure timely
completion of all tasks we
follow up and pursue items to be
completed with appropriate
client contacts, suppliers,
entertainers, and vendors.
When required we
can easily provide either basic
or supplementary sales and
marketing assistance for
scheduled events. Activities in
these areas can include mass
mailings, promotion and
publicity, as well as design and
production of collateral
materials such as brochures,
posters, banners, etc. for use
in both the marketing efforts
for an event, and/or at the
event itself.
Pre-Event
Services: prior to
every event, CREATIVE EVENTS
schedules a number of activities
to insure the greatest
probability of meeting or
exceeding all client
expectations. Depending upon
specific requirements, these
activities can include:
- Review of all
venue contracts entered into
by the client for services and
functions to be held during
the event.
- Regular
scheduled meetings to review
status of program development,
production, and logistics.
- Coordination
between client staff and
service contractors to insure
smooth handling of all
logistics.
- Assignment of
appropriate
arrangements/reservations for
staff, VIPs, special guests,
etc.

clients to remain available to
them virtually around the clock
while a project is in progress.
This accessibility
allows us to take timely action
as needs change or new
considerations arise. For this
reason we are never further then
